Our Practice

The Headache Center of Northwest welcomes you to our practice. Conveniently located off North Loop West at Ella Boulevard in Northwest Houston, neurologist Pamela Blake, M.D., offers comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of headache and migraine disorders. We strive to uncover the underlying causes of chronic headaches, including migraines, to help understand their debilitating effects.

We are aggressive and methodical in evaluating every possibility. Once we’ve identified the problem, we work closely with you to ensure that your pain is eliminated or dramatically reduced.

At the Headache Center of Northwest, we believe in offering our patients hope. We perform an innovative surgical treatment to address chronic headaches caused by neuralgia, which occurs when a nerve is compressed or restricted by surrounding structures.

Partnering with a plastic surgeon, this outpatient procedure has provided relief for many patients who have suffered from chronic headaches. We also offer pharmacological treatments, chemo denervation using Botox and myoblock, trigger point injections, occipital nerve blocks and trigeminal branch blocks. If a problem is unable to be treated in our office, we work with a wide variety of highly-skilled specialists.
