Tiffany Albritton, M.D., Family Medicine
Dr. Albritton received her bachelor’s from North Texas University and her medical degree from The University of Texas Medical School at Houston. She is board certified in family medicine and sees patients of all ages. Dr. Albritton focuses on general medicine, women’s health and medical management for weight loss.
She enjoys helping her patients achieve healthy lifestyles. Active in community health education, she frequently speaks to groups on healthy weight management and teen health issues. Dr. Albritton is a Texas native and lives in Katy with her husband and daughter. She enjoys tennis, running and cycling, and rides in the annual BP MS 150.
Peter Kwan, M.D., Family Medicine
Dr. Kwan received his bachelor’s from The University of Texas at Austin and his medical degree from The University of Texas Medical School at Houston. He is board certified in family medicine, is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice and sees patients ages 4 and up.
In addition to caring for his patients, Dr. Kwan helps train the next generation of physicians. For 15 years, he has served on the faculty of Memorial Hermann’s family medicine residency program and was named Physician of the Year in 2004 by Memorial Hermann. Dr. Kwan has called Sugar Land home for more than 20 years and lives with his wife and two children. He speaks Cantonese fluently and is an avid marksman.

Neetee N. Gadgil, D.O. - Family Medicine
Dr. Gadgil received her bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas and her master’s degree in public health from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Ft. Worth, Texas. Her medical degree is from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo, California. She completed residency training in Family Medicine at UC - Davis Stanislaus Family Medicine Program in Modesto, California.
Dr. Gadgil is focused on preventive medicine and women’s health issues. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association. Dr. Gadgil is board certified in family medicine.
As a resident of Sugar Land, Dr. Gadgil is extremely active in her community and was recently featured in the Memorial Hermann Sugar Land newsletter and in the Fort Bend Focus Magazine discussing the importance of immunizations. Her interests include traveling, exploring new cultures, cooking, watching sporting events and playing soccer.
Colleen G. Lance, M.D. - Sleep Medicine
Dr. Lance is board-certified in both internal medicine and sleep medicine, and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Sleep Medicine. She obtained her medical doctorate at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston Texas and then went on to Internal Medicine training at the University of Texas at Houston, and remained as Chief Medical Resident in that program. After 5 years of practicing Internal Medicine, she returned to the University of Texas at Houston for her Sleep Medicine Fellowship.
Dr. Lance is the medical director of the Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Sleep Disorders Center. She practices Sleep Medicine full-time with the Memorial Hermann Medical Group, providing care for the full spectrum of sleep disorders that affect all age groups, with particular interest in the sleep disorders that affect both women and children.
The Memorial Hermann Sleep Lab is conveniently located in the same building as Dr. Lance’s practice which allows for ease and comfort for all of her patients. Dr. Lance is focused on educating her patients and discovering how to treat each sleep disorder including sleeping disorders that affect women and children. She spends her free time with her family, hiking, anything music related and loves sci-fi.
